Are shipping costs refundable?
No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
Can I exchange an item?
Direct exchanges are not currently supported. You’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.
When will the refund appear?
Refunds are typically applied back to your original payment method within up to 10 business days after inspection.
What shipping options are available?
We offer shipping across Canada and selected international locations.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery time is estimated at checkout.
How can I track my order once it’s shipped?
You’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment through the courier’s website.
What’s your return policy?
Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we inspect your returned item.
Do you offer exchanges for products?
We currently don’t support direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order instead.
